2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (Arzuayhan):

• To provide the consultancy and mentoring services according to the purchased programs.
• To maintain the confidentiality of information received from the client.
• To provide support within the limits established by the service contract.

Obligations of the Client:

• To provide correct and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
• To respect established appointments and to pay the agreed fees on time.
• To use the materials and advice received for legal and ethical purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Arzuayhan does not assume responsibility for business or financial decisions made by the client following the consultancy. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee income growth, promotions, or other specific results.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses or damages.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

All fees are expressed in RON and are presented clearly before purchase. Payments for programs are made in advance, according to the issued invoice. In case of cancellation by the client, administrative fees may apply, and refunds are evaluated individually based on the stage of the services.

We do not offer free trial periods for personalized mentoring services. Any promotional offer will clearly specify its duration, value, and conditions.

5. Termination of Use and Modifications

The client may terminate the use of services through written notification. Arzuayhan reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms or overdue payments.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any significant change will be communicated to existing users. Continued use of the site or services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
